This includes the abilit to create a new folder in explorer.

Download Windows 10

download tool.

Download the tool.
Run the program.
Select the Windows 10 version you want, rather 32 or 64 bit (Hopefully everyone is at 64 bit by now)
Let it download, and choose to put it on a USB drive.
USB drives are getting cheap these days.

remember to BACK UP, what you want to keep.
And split that blasted large drive into reasonably workable sizes.
