Windows Professional Operating System's coming with IIS, just install it, and you can run a website of your very own.
However, with Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, and Windows Vista. IIS has changed up quite a bit, so it takes a little learning and trial and error to figure things out.

In this lesson, we are going to make a 404 custom error page, work with a Virtual Site.
