Upload video to youtube and lose sound

When you upload your video's to Youtube, you may lose the sound. This is because Youtube is set to only allow bitrates of 152 (not the 156 that I stated in the video, sorry about that) or lower.
I use mp3 codec for all my video's, but should be all the same across the board.
