Windows 2016 Server Lesson 12 - KB3213986 Bad Update Removal

This KB3213986 update caused my server to slow down to much, that I was hardly able to perform needed maintanance to the system.
I strongly suggest staying away from this update.
I am not certain if it was caused by the minimum system specs that I have, or what it was.
Just a BAD UPDATE Removed. KB3213986
