Sony Vegas Pro 13 Lesson #66 - Show Video instead of Text with Faded Background

In this lesson, we are going to fade the background of our video, while a video is displayed in the foreground.
This is usually done with Text, however. I created a way to do this using the text effect, but with a video instead.
