April 16, 2011 Sanford North Carolina as well as other parts of North Carolina experienced bad weather and Tornadoes.
In this video, you will witness a Tornado that I captured in front of our home and then the devastation that was in and around Sanford.
This video focuses on the area's that where not covered on the news as far as we are aware.

Popular Springs Church Road
Were all hit by a Tornado, of which I believe is the same one that struck Lowes Dept. store earlier that day.
The Sanford man from Rice Road mentioned in the video that passed away, has finally been mentioned as one of the victims of this tragic storm. (The Sanford man's name is Michael Hunter, 43)
